As a child, I faced a lot of adversity – my parents’ divorced when I was 8, poverty wasn’t unfamiliar, and the future was uncertain.
However, now I’m very grateful for everything that happened and wouldn’t change a thing! Those circumstances built my character and shaped my resilience. I firmly believe that any difficulty is a growth opportunity. For many years I have been very interested and fascinated by the mind – body – spirit/soul – nature connection. And it helped me realize that we are more than just a body with a brain.
Before then I was always tired and struggled staying awake during the day; I was “out of shape” with unstable weight; I had low energy and felt insecure. But I was able to transform myself to feeling healthier and stronger than when I was 20 (I’m 39 now), and to being confident and strong. Yet, of course, the best version of me will always be “under construction”!
My passion is to share my knowledge and experience with people who are ready to transform their lives.
